If you're going to make a suggestion for a map to be added to the server, the absolute minimum effort you could have gone through is to provide a link to the map, especially when asked.

Anyone is free to remake the suggestion if they desire, so long as they at least accomplish the bare minimum. Also, they might want to do it in the proper forums
