Implemented Better Nuketown

Bring back the Minecraft Nuketown; It is so much better or at least replace it with some other version of Nuketown because the current version is dog shit and is to small.

If we're keeping the map, at least fix the windows. Did I already say that they are broken and clearly untested?

The current nuketown is way too small, spawns little to no guns, spawns no ammo, map has nothing cool to do so +1
