Implemented Close out of F1 menu by pressing F1 again

Right now, you have to click on a "Close" button to get out of that menu. With the vanilla f1 menu, you could already press f1 to close it, but since we have the new custom menu it doesn't work anymore. Small QOL, but it would be nice as I get confused for a second every time f1 doesn't close the menu.

Looking into this but I like making the QoL of players that play on AHG to be like the 4th circle of hell.

Updating this, it seems that the default F1 menu that comes with TTT does NOT close when pressing F1 when opened, however I'll quickly add this functionality.
