With VIP and donator perks being out now, people are essentially taking advantage of it in a way that's REALLY annoying: Map is RTV'd and before we get to the start of the 1st round on the map, we'll have another Map Vote at the end of that. Suggestion: 10 minute timer after a successful RTV before RTV can be used again.
