Solved Fast speed multiple rounds after bomb rush

On Richland, we had a bomb rush round. I jumped to my death and didn't die from the jihad. The next two rounds my speed was not reset back to normal, it was the speed of having the jihad during bomb rush. My speed only returned to normal on the map change.
