Investigating Fix the reaper and FBI model

The reaper and FBI model shrinks into the ground everytime someone using it jumps this breaks the hitbox and makes a crouch jumper who uses this model really hard to kill as there hitbox just shrinks into the ground and becomes squished

Welcome to Garry's Mod, a game built on a 19-year-old game engine called Source Engine.

This also belongs in bug reports. Will need someone to decompile, fix, and recompile the model for us. Until then...
