Fun Rounds

• Firework Fun Rounds does not spawn fireworks well on most maps and also the fireworks have no splash damage and don't register hits well

The explosions aren't really explosions. They're there for extra effect. It will only kill someone if the firework hits that person, think harpoons except with an explosion effect added that does nothing. As for them spawning I apologize for this the model causes it to be very bouncy so I had to do my best with how it spawns.

I fixed this by just repeatedly giving people the firework instead of it spawning around the map.
