Solved I was able to join Ghost DM while slain.

For some reason or another, I was able to join Ghost DM while I was slain earlier tonight, which is contrary to information provided by @Ethan .

The round that I was slain on was on the map Terrortrain and I was slain by @ParkRangerMoon for RDM'ing @Swiffe.

Unfortunately I wasn't recording during the incident, but will swear that the above information is 100% accurate.

Hopefully this bug can be investigated, and fixed.
