Why should you be unbanned

I have a link in my Discord profile bio, but I was not posting the link, and it has been there long before this incident occurred. Another user started a discussion about it being there. Multiple staff members were present when it happened, including Pierogi who is the one that banned me, yet nothing was said to me at that time in regards to removing the link or anything else.​

The next time I got on Discord I had been messaged by RyanHighman. He told me to remove the link from my bio, so I edited my server profile. After that point the link could not be seen in the Discord server.

I did not hear anything else about it after that until someone messaged me telling me that I had been banned by Pierogi 6 and a half hours later.

When I was banned there was no link in my server profile, since I had complied with Ryan's request for me to remove it. Pierogi has had personal issues with me in the past, and the way he handled this was unprofessional. He was present when a user mentioned it and said nothing at that time, choosing to ignore the conversation that was going on despite sending other messages in the same channel.​

I like how you expressed confusion about my delay in banning you, yet you included a screenshot of me explaining exactly why I didn’t handle it immediately when I woke up. I will provide a full itinerary of my morning for your convenience. All times are in Eastern Standard Time (mind you, we just switched to Eastern Daylight Time) unless specified otherwise.

5:00 — I woke up for work. I hit the snooze button 4 times before getting out of bed.
5:25 — In my semi-awake state, I realize that something has gone terribly wrong in this community. I do not act on it immediately since I’m not sure if I’m awake or dreaming.
5:36 — I got out of bed and into my shower.
5:50 — I exited my shower and dried myself and put on my undergarments (underwear, socks, and undershirt
6:00 — I made myself some breakfast
6:10 — I brushed my teeth and put on my shirt, jeans, and shoes. I made sure my work ID and laptop were in my backpack and that I had my wallet, personal phone, work phone, and car keys.
6:18 — I left my apartment for work

As you can see, this left little time for me to handle the situation, which is why I handled it after my work day.

Your claims that I was there when it happened are false, the main chatter about your entrepreneurial ventures happened 3 hours before I woke up.

Ryan mishandled this situation initially, so I can understand why he didn’t want to ban you. However, I thought it would set an incredibly poor precedent to let this slide, because it violates our rules against porn links AND advertising. The only reason the ban wasn’t 16 weeks was because I can’t definitively prove it’s an NSFW onlyfans account.

Due to the philantrophic endeavors of one of our community members I have learned that this was indeed an NSFW account. Therefore, the ban has been extended to 16 weeks.
