Rejected Make Prop-Killing KOSable

Exactly as the title says. The reason I'm suggesting this rule change is because of the rampant amount of prop RDM occurring in-game.

Being damaged by a prop is valid reason to KoS already. Maybe you might wanna take a closer look at the extended rules so you don’t accidentally rdm someone for carrying a barrel.
