Rejected Overtime timer

Why does it take 5 minutes now until overtime? On SGM it was 4 minutes and that's already too long having to wait an extra minute because an AFK is alive or being on a low pop and the 1 traitor delaying for ages is boring. Please nerf the timer it's too OP now. Set it to 4 minutes or even better in my opinion 3 minutes and boost the time you get per kill by 5 seconds

I've been toying around with roundtime structure and haven't really gotten it to a good spot yet. I'm going to run an experiment where we disable haste mode and just have flat 5 minute rounds for the next week to see if people like that.

Since we no longer use haste mode, this is now moot.
