Rejected Replace ttt_lasertag in its entirety

replace ttt_lasertag with any other map in suggestions, it is underplayed, has destroyed pop when it's come on (see above), and the general consensus is that that map isn't fun

please correct me if i'm wrong or if there is really a good reason of keeping lasertag in the map pool
