Rejected traitor calls through menu ignore dead bodies

nothing is better then when you could potentially get a traitor killed after you die and then realise the callout hit a dead body instead.

I will reject this for now, but we can revisit overhauling the entire callout system in a few months to reduce frustrating situations such as the one you described.
