hey, thanks for posting about this. the extremely bright HDR lighting and buggy water for this map will be fixed in the next map update.
as for the water, this is the best explanation i can give about why it happens. Source can't draw 2 different water reflections at differing heights at the same time, so it doesn't know what to do. afaik, there is no real way to fix this, except leveling all the water in the map to the same height. i'll try to keep playing around with the Miami pool
