Rejected Grenade no boom when leave

If you throw a grenade but leave the server before it explodes, it wont do anything. It just disappears.

This is because when a player leaves, there is no way to reference them. Without a SIGNIFICANT redesign of the damage system that comes built-in with Source Engine, there is a minimal return on effort with this. If a player throws an incendiary, explodes, and then leaves, the fire will mark your death as a suicide.

I'll mark this rejected due to the HUGE planning, testing, and rollout of this.
