Just gonna bump this - It appears it's still not tracking.
Keep note that anyone spawning with loadout tommy gun gets weapon_TTT_zhompson
There are naturally spawning ones which are just "tommy gun"

Loadout now gives me "tommy gun" instead of zhompson. Tracking works
