I don't know how modifiable the window is, but a damage vs dps stat could be useful. If that can't be shown, I think actual damage would be better than dps.

What's your opinion on it anyway? should listed damage be per shot or per second?

The listed damage of weapons in the loadout shouldn't be determined by dps. The colt m1911 lists 20 damage, while the dual berettas list 25 but only the colt can one shot headshot. Damage listed should be per shot (with dps if you can modify the display) rather than dps.
