yeah. if this is something that could be toggled, then it shouldn't be locked behind points in the first place. especially the explosion tinnitus. I already have tinnitus and it sucks ass, i always dealt with it in gmod bc i didn't know it could be turned off. but if it can, really should be a free option. or maybe an inverse that just removes the ring but still deafens you for a second
