A slur is a derogatory or insulting term that is applied to a specific group of people. By definition calling someone a cracker is a slur, but some slurs are okay, for example, by definition “bitch” is used as a slur, the argument shouldn’t be if cracker is a slur, it’s wether or not that specific slur should be used.
