I'd like to appeal the warning given to me by @Pierogi for the reason of "epilepsy inducing gif" at 7:58PM EST on 2/22/24.​

What occurred is that @Sera posted a gif of the character Usagi Tsukino from Sailor Moon at 7:52. She was replied to by pierogi with the following statement:​

"Anyone that posts usagi gifs should be shot"​

​

Sera then posted another Usagi gif.​

​

I, in standing with my friend and fellow Anime fan Sera, posted this Usagi gif. (Which was later deleted by pierogi)​

I was then warned by pierogi for "epilepsy inducing gif".​

​

I feel that this is unjust because the gif I posted is almost exactly the same as the 2nd gif of Usagi that Sera posted, yet I was the only one warned in this situation.​

I also contend that the gif that I posted was not in any way, sense, or form anywhere close to the "epilepsy inducing" content that pierogi alleges that it was.​

​

Hopefully this warning can be removed from my record.​
