Implemented Revamp the Map Voting System

The current map voting system only includes like 10 maps to select from. Why is this an issue? Cause the same 4 maps are being constantly picked and literally no one wants to play those same maps over and over again. It's the equivalent of playing a 24/7 B5 server, shit will get boring eventually.

Instead, add back the system that sgm used, a 7x4 grid that had all of the maps for you to choose.

This gives way more variety and more map choices for people to choose, rather than the same rf our map being repeatedly voted.

Since vanilla is coming back real soon, it'd probably be a food idea to also bring back this voting system for it too.

Currently the only way to do random is if nobody votes and that rarely happens
